42nd anniversary grand gathering fills the main field
Thousands of community members from many cities attended Jama'ah Al Khidmah's 42nd anniversary grand gathering in Surabaya last Saturday.

The main field of the Al Khidmah compound was filled with thousands of attendees from morning onward. They came from regional and district chapters — Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, even Malang — answering the call of the 42nd anniversary gathering.
The event opened with Qur'anic recitation by 18th-cohort memorization students, followed by a sermon on strengthening the majlis as the community's first school. A joint prayer closed the morning session.
The majlis is our first school; the anniversary is a moment to examine our service.
